"Horrible! The absolute worst, most unprofessional company we have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. I was charged for 6 months of insurance and received 2 weeks."

"Shelly, I am sorry you had a difficult experience. Your auto policy renewed October 8, 2021. Payment was not received until December 20. Instead of reinstating the policy it was cancelled in error by State Farm and your money refunded. You did not contact my office until March 21, 2021 to tell us about what happened. Mary in my office worked with corporate to correct the error. As you know your auto insurance has been reinstated and is in force now. Once we know you have a problem we try to resolved it quickly, just let us know as soon as possible."
